油管廠占地面積5萬(wàn)m2，生產(chǎn)用建筑面積2.8萬(wàn)m2，設(shè)熱軋無(wú)縫管（油光管）、鐓鍛熱處理、油管加工、冷軋等五個(gè)生產(chǎn)車間。擁有熱軋無(wú)縫管、加厚油管鐓鍛、油管熱處理、數(shù)控加工、靜水壓試驗(yàn)等主要生產(chǎn)設(shè)備50余臺(tái)套，能滿足熱軋無(wú)縫管（油光管）、精軋管、加厚及不加厚油管及其接箍的生產(chǎn)，并擁有國(guó)內(nèi)一流的舊油管修復(fù)專用設(shè)備。

    工廠有40年生產(chǎn)油管的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，建立了API 5CT及ISO 9001質(zhì)量管理體系，理化、計(jì)量系統(tǒng)、檢測(cè)設(shè)備、儀器配套完善，實(shí)現(xiàn)了從研發(fā)到生產(chǎn)全過(guò)程的質(zhì)量監(jiān)控，確保產(chǎn)品實(shí)物質(zhì)量合格。

    工廠產(chǎn)品暢銷國(guó)內(nèi)各大油田并批量出口至美國(guó)、加拿大、俄羅斯、澳大利亞等世界多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)。

    The Tubing Plant of Zibo Hongyang Petroleum Equipment Group Company

    The tubing plant covers an area of 50, 000 m2 and a construction area of 28,000 m2 for production. There are five production workshops, including hot rolled seamless pipe (oil-smooth pipe), upsetting and forging heat treatment, tubing processing, cold rolling. It owns more than 50 sets of main production equipment, such as hot rolled seamless pipe, thickened tubing upsetting, tubing heat treatment, CNC machining, hydrostatic pressure test and so on, which can meet the production of hot rolled seamless pipe (oil smooth pipe), fine rolled pipe, upset and non-upset tubing and its coupling. Moreover it has a first-class special equipment for repairing old tubing.
